Isolate Parasitic Components in Smartphones
The FSA1211 is a 12-port, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) analog switch that isolates the high-speed bus from parasitic components in dual camera applications.

Improve Efficiency in Power Supply Designs
The FDMS86101, a 100V MOSFET, provides designers of DC-DC designs with 50 percent lower RDS(ON) and excellent Figure of
Merit (FOM), delivering higher levels of efficiency.

Fairchild's Reference Design Page

Fairchild's July e-Calendar features computing applications. The most efficient computer option is the laptop computer, which typically
draws only 15 to 25 watts during use compared to the 150 watts used by a conventional PC and monitor, and its sleep
mode typically uses just a fraction of a watt. ENERGY STAR-qualified monitors use 90 percent less electricity than computer
monitors without power management, according to the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy.
Fairchild’s energy-efficient solutions for computing include:
- Green FPS™
- Integrated DC-DC controllers
- DrMOS
- MOSFETS, MOSFET drivers
- PFC controllers
- Backlight inverters
- Audio amplifiers
- Operational amplifiers
Download the desktop calendar and check back each month as we highlight a different application, show how it can be more energy-efficient and provide information on our products.
