The FAN2108 is an 8A, fully integrated synchronous Buck converter that delivers high efficiency over a wide input voltage range (3V to 24V). This TinyBuck™ regulator is the industry's smallest 8A integrated synchronous Buck solution and ideal for set-top boxes, graphic cards, point of load (POL) and industrial power network devices. This device is a new addition to the 3A and 6A TinyBuck portfolio.

Eliminate an External Voltage Translator with Fairchild's 0.8 Ohm SPDT/DPDT analog switches
The FSA859 is a single-pole/double throw analog switch, and the FSA2859 is a double-pole/double-throw analog switch used in audio applications. These switches interface between low-voltage ASIC and regular audio amplifiers and CODECs operating up to the supply range of 5.5V through the dual-voltage supplies of VIO and VCC. Packaged in low profile and compact 0.5mm WL-CSP packaging, these devices are ideal for cell phones, portable media players and PDAs.

The FDZ391P features the industry's lowest profile (0.4mm) and is 40 percent lower profile than industry standard P-Channel MOSFETs in CSP packaging. This device accomodates the slim form factor requirements of next generation cell phones, MP3 players and other portable applications, while reducing conduction losses. This is an ideal charge FET for Li-ion charging applications.

The SG5851A is a low-cost, Green-mode PWM controller for flyback converters. It saves power and improves EMI at light load for power adapters, set-top box adapters, digital photo frame adapters and LCD monitors.
